Our client, a premier business law firm in Raleigh, is seeking an ambitious Complex Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its dynamic dispute resolution practice.

Moving away from rigid, single-niche silos, this role offers direct collaboration with acclaimed trial advocates across high-stakes business lawsuits, IP/tech disputes, employment matters, real estate litigation, and regulatory challenges.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end case architecture, driving pre-suit investigations, discovery strategy, and overall litigation execution.
• Serve as first-chair advocate in depositions, evidentiary hearings, and oral arguments.
• Draft advanced pleadings, dispositive summary judgment motions, administrative challenges, and appellate briefs.
• Manage complex discovery, oversee third-party subpoena workflows, and direct document productions.
• Partner with senior trial counsel to build trial notebooks, draft motions in limine, and prepare expert witnesses.
• Counsel corporate executives and institutional clients directly on risk exposure, case strategy, and dispute resolution.
