Salary: $80,000 - $85,000+ (Commensurate with experience)

A prestigious, multi-practice law firm in Raleigh is seeking a driven Civil Litigation Associate to manage and scale a high-volume stream of quality, high-margin leads. This role is designed for a trial-ready attorney with 1–2 years of experience who wants consistent courtroom exposure rather than document review. You will independently handle a diverse civil caseload with a heavy focus on landlord-tenant disputes (landlord side), collections, foreclosures, and general District Court litigation.

Core Responsibilities

Courtroom Advocacy: Frequently represent clients in District Court hearings, motions, and trials.

Caseload Management: Oversee a diverse docket of general civil litigation, landlord-tenant law, and collections.

Lead Optimization: Vet and develop inbound inquiries to build a highly profitable, sustainable practice area.

Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with senior partners while maintaining the independence to drive cases forward.
Key Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of private practice experience, with demonstrated in-court District Court exposure.

Practice Areas: Prior exposure to Landlord-Tenant, Debt Collection, Foreclosure, HOA, or Small Claims.
