A premier, multi-state law firm with a 50 year legacy of excellence in Creditors’ Rights is opening a new office in Raleigh, NC. They are seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to serve as a foundational member of this new location. This is a unique "ground floor" opportunity to help shape the culture and operations of a local office while backed by the massive resources, stability, and national reputation of a regional powerhouse.

- Competitive Financial Package: A base salary range of $165,000 – $215,000, supplemented by a bonus structure that recognizes high-level performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Litigation Leadership: Oversee and manage complex foreclosure proceedings, commercial collections, and real estate litigation from inception through final judgment.
- Strategic Counsel: Draft and argue complex dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and pleadings regarding novel legal issues in the creditors' rights space.
- Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for sophisticated institutional clients, providing real-time updates and strategic risk assessments.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all litigation activities strictly adhere to state-specific requirements and federal regulations (FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8–10+ years of dedicated experience in Foreclosure and Creditors’ Rights litigation.
- Licensure: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of North Carolina real property law and the nuances of the judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
- Professionalism: Exceptional writing skills, a commanding courtroom presence, and the ability to mentor junior staff as the office expands.
