Our client, a premier business-focused law firm in North Carolina, is seeking an entrepreneurial Employment Law Partner with 15+ years of experience to join its collaborative, low-bureaucracy practice in Raleigh.

This role offers true autonomy and a multi-state platform designed to directly reward practice expansion, advising corporate leadership across tech, healthcare, life sciences, and financial services.

Core Responsibilities:

• Advise corporate executives, HR leaders, and Boards of Directors on employment risk mitigation and governance.
• Lead workforce-related due diligence for M&A deals, executive compensation structures, and equity plans.
• Guide multi-state and international enterprises through ADA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, and OSHA compliance.
• Draft and negotiate executive employment contracts, separation packages, and restrictive covenants.
• Oversee employment litigation and administrative proceedings before the EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and FINRA.
