Quick Look: What You’ll Do

Direct Client Contact: Manage and advise clients from day one.

Courtroom Presence: Regularly handle court appearances and litigation proceedings.

Diverse Caseload: Lead matters involving civil litigation, real property disputes, and community association law.

Specialized Advocacy: Manage architectural/covenant enforcement and assessment collections, including foreclosures.

Strategic Counsel: Navigate complex corporate and development issues for diverse stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of proven civil litigation experience.

Licensure: Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (Required).

Skillset: Creative problem-solver with a "find a way" attitude for complex legal hurdles.

Drive: A strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term reputation within the North Carolina legal community.
Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
