Quick Look: What You’ll Do

• Direct Client Contact: Manage and advise clients from day one.
• Courtroom Presence: Regularly handle court appearances and litigation proceedings.
• Diverse Caseload: Lead matters involving civil litigation, real property disputes, and community association law.
• Specialized Advocacy: Manage architectural/covenant enforcement and assessment collections, including foreclosures.
• Strategic Counsel: Navigate complex corporate and development issues for diverse stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven civil litigation experience.
• Licensure: Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (Required).
• Skillset: Creative problem-solver with a "find a way" attitude for complex legal hurdles.
• Drive: A strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term reputation within the North Carolina legal community.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including annual incentive bonuses and health/retirement options.
