We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join the Raleigh team. Core Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Assist in the closing of complex real estate transactions and ensure all required actions are completed on schedule.
  • Document Production: Create, edit, and proofread legal correspondence and instruments with meticulous accuracy.
  • Field Work: Conduct title examinations and travel to various North Carolina courthouses for filings and recordings.
  • Case Monitoring: Proactively monitor open real estate matters and maintain comprehensive physical and digital files.
  • Collaboration: Act as a key liaison for clients, providing exceptional communication and service.


Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree OR an Associate Degree from a Paralegal Technology Program.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or a similar high-volume litigation/transactional role. (Equivalent experience may substitute for education).
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of MS Office Suite and general online research tools.
  • Traits: Exceptional time management, analytical problem-solving skills, and a "meticulous" eye for proofreading.
