The Opportunity
A premier litigation boutique is seeking a self-motivated Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal for its Greensboro office. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and is eager to expand their expertise in high-stakes commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Trial Support: Assist attorneys through all phases of discovery (including e-discovery), pretrial preparation, and trial/post-trial logistics.

Filings: Prepare and execute legal filings in both State and Federal Courts.

Case Management: Utilize specialized billing and case management software for time entry, billing, and administrative organization.

Document Quality: Perform rigorous proofreading of briefs and non-filed materials to ensure exceptional accuracy.

Logistics: Manage multi-faceted litigation projects and daily administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven background in a law firm or legal department (litigation focus preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; Paralegal certification is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with electronic filing (ECF) and billing software.
