What You'll Do

• First-Chair Litigation: Lead domestic relations cases in NC District Courts, handling bench trials, temporary hearings, and DVPOs.
• Complex Asset & Custody Work: Draft separation agreements, premarital contracts, equitable distribution affidavits, and financial discovery for high-net-worth estates.
• Strategic Advocacy: Represent clients through judicial conferences, private mediations, and high-stakes settlement negotiations.
• Financial Discovery: Manage bank record tracings, business valuations, subpoena issuance, and deposition prep.
