Our client, a premier North Carolina law firm with over 50 years of excellence in civil litigation and business law, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced litigation practice.

This role offers the opportunity to run point on complex civil cases from initial investigation through trial support, collaborating directly with seasoned trial attorneys and clients in a stable, highly respected practice.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage electronic state and federal court filings (E-Filing) across active litigation dockets.
• Draft case pleadings, discovery requests, responses, legal memoranda, and trial briefs.
• Organize and maintain litigation document databases, production sets, and case files.
• Perform targeted legal research, factual investigations, and witness interviews.
• Track critical court deadlines, manage dockets, and support attorneys during hearings and trial sessions.
