Quick Look: What You’ll Do

Case Management Lifecycle: Assist attorneys in the end-to-end investigation, organization, and resolution of complex litigation matters.

High-Level Drafting: Prepare complaints, answers, motions, interrogatories, and detailed memos with meticulous precision.

Court Presence: Support proceedings across State, Federal, and Appellate courts.

Strategic Coordination: Manage docketing, maintain complex calendars, and monitor case progress to ensure every deadline is met.

Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary professional contact for clients, ensuring top-tier service and clear communication.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience (Strongly Preferred).

Technical Mastery: High proficiency in E-Discovery, online research, MS Office, and PDF management.

Credentials: North Carolina Notary Public commission (or the ability to obtain one).

Education: A degree in Paralegal Technology is preferred; commensurate law firm experience is also highly valued.

Skillset: Exceptional time management and proofreading skills; must be a self-starter comfortable with independent project ownership.
