Working directly with top-tier trial partners, this role offers an exceptional platform to support complex civil disputes, administrative hearings, and trial preparation in state and federal courts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze, organize, and summarize central case documents and evidence during factual investigations.
• Draft case pleadings, discovery requests, responses, routine correspondence, and trial motions.
• Execute electronic filings and service across North Carolina state courts, administrative agencies, and federal courts.
• Organize trial exhibits, prepare court hearing materials, summarize deposition transcripts, and redact sensitive records.
• Maintain litigation calendars, track statutory deadlines, and ensure strict compliance with procedural rules.
