Our client, a highly respected South Carolina law practice, is seeking an ambitious Junior Litigation Associate with 1+ years of courtroom experience to join its active real estate and landlord-tenant litigation group.

This position provides immediate, high-volume trial experience and hands-on courtroom exposure, offering an ideal opportunity to quickly build elite trial skills under the direct mentorship of senior litigators.

Core Responsibilities:

• Frequently represent commercial landlords and real estate investors in bench trials, eviction proceedings, and show cause hearings.
• Manage a dynamic civil litigation docket from initial client intake through judgment enforcement.
• Draft summary ejectment complaints, pleadings, discovery requests, emergency motions, and settlement agreements.
• Counsel property management clients on statutory compliance, lease enforcement, and litigation risk mitigation.
• Conduct pre-trial negotiations with opposing counsel and tenants to secure favorable lease workouts.
