Quick Look: What You’ll Do

Case Management: Lead civil litigation matters from case inception through trial or resolution.

Advocacy & Presence: Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent diverse clients in court proceedings.

Strategic Drafting: Prepare persuasive pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions with high precision.

Client Advisory: Partner directly with clients to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.

Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure seamless case flow and document production.
Candidate Requirements

Licensure: Active member of the NC Bar (Required).

Experience: Proven track record in civil litigation or insurance defense; 1–5 years of experience is ideal.
