Quick Look: What You’ll Do

• Case Management: Lead civil litigation matters from case inception through trial or resolution.
• Advocacy & Presence: Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent diverse clients in court proceedings.
• Strategic Drafting: Prepare persuasive pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions with high precision.
• Client Advisory: Partner directly with clients to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure seamless case flow and document production.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Active member of the NC Bar (Required).
• Experience: Proven track record in civil litigation or insurance defense; 1–5 years of experience is ideal.
• Skillset: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
