An established law firm with multiple offices in NC is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estate Attorney, with experience helping high net worth clients, to join its team in its Raleigh, NC area office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a respected practice with complex assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Customizing tax and estate planning advice 
• Researching and applying rules governing estate, gift, GST and income taxation of trusts and estates
• Trust and Estate Administration advice
• Ability to work directly with clients to establish, develop and maintain long term relationships

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Licensed to practice in NC
• 3+ years of experience in Trusts and Estate planning as an attorney
• Experience assisting high net worth clients
• LLM in Taxation or Estate planning preferred

SALARY RANGE: $140,000-$160,000
